I am looking for advice on setting up a small business in PA. The business will be comprised of 2 married couples and initially most of the product sales will be on line. Which type of company structure is best: Limited liability Corp., Limited Liability Partnership, or an S Corp? Our main concerns are protection from personal liability, most favorable tax treatments/write-offs, and limited filings.
